Ready, Set, Assemble

Well I have all my supplied to gear up for next weekends shows. I have a couple of paper bags full of envelopes, and paper coming out of my ears. I'm excited! It should be fun to see it all come together. I hope to do more!

Yes, I am using my Saturday night to do trend research! :) Thank goodness design is something I love to do, so this is actually a treat. Nothing like snuggling in on a cool day with a cup of joe (decaf!) and my favorite tool, the iBook!

As I was taking a break to learn more about Ekcetera's history, I ran across your and Kelly's blog. Blog life is fairly new to me, but I am obsessed! It is so great to see other designer's inspirations and creations. When I ran across this post, it reminded me that I wanted to ask of how the last card event went! I am very curious to learn how those run, and what goes on. Perhaps one of these days we could meet at a coffee shop and discuss? Kelly too if she's got time in her busy schedule! Otherwise, an email would work out just as well. I thought it would be a nice excuse to get together, which would get me even MORE excited about my upcoming onboarding!

Also, I checked out some of the new holiday designs Ekcetera has put out. They look great guys!!!! I am going to be so honored to be next to two great names! Design geniouses.
